Set the site, load supporting materials, and ask for the strongest NYC UAP / 485-x development strategy.
Choose an existing Pinecone index or create a new one. Each project stays isolated so property context, documents, and development strategy remain tied to the right deal.
Use the Project dropdown at the top of the sidebar.Search an NYC address or 10-digit BBL, then add same-block adjacent lots if the assemblage matters. The app will pull live property and zoning context into the agent workflow.
Use the Property step in the sidebar and confirm the active site.Add zoning studies, schematics, memos, underwriting notes, and other deal files. They remain available as supporting RAG context for the active property and index.
Click "+ Upload Files" at the bottom of the sidebar.Blueprints still control how the Writer presents its answer, but the default behavior is now developer-focused: recommend the strongest UAP / 485-x path, explain why, and flag the constraints.
Open the Blueprints section in the sidebar.Adjust retrieval depth and temperature if you need a broader or tighter analysis. The multi-agent setup stays intact: Librarian, Researcher, and Writer still collaborate behind the scenes.
Expand Agent Settings and move the sliders.Ask what should be built, which scenario is most profitable, how UAP / 485-x changes the envelope, or where the risk sits. The system will blend live property data with your uploaded materials.

Each question is planned, grounded in live site context and uploaded project documents, then turned into a profit-oriented development recommendation.
